Sascha leads WeOwn, a pioneering technology company of alternative finance and tokenisation technology. Before WeOwn, Sascha worked as the Regional CIO for Computershare, world’s largest global transfer agency and share registry provider, and held various leadership roles in Europe, Australia and North America.

Florian Batliner-Staber

Chief Product Officer (CPO) & Co-founder

Florian specialises in technology solutions and product development. Florian was the Head of Technology in Continental Europe for the global market leader in transfer agency and share registration, employee equity plans and stakeholder communications.

Chris Park

Head of UK business

Leader and specialist with 25 years in both Corporate and Investment Banking. Expertise in ‘Behavioural Capital’, Corporate Finance and Derivatives Structuring with extensive Markets & Risk Management experience.

Albert Brenner

CCO

Albert was CMO and General Manager Sales at Xerox Europe and Senior Vice President at Computershare Continental Europe. As a serial entrepreneur, he successfully initiated and developed disruptive digital business models in the financial services, media and business services industries and provided strategic advice to large companies on their digital transformation strategies, including Allianz, Deutsche Bank and dwpbank.

Richard Manger

Board Member

Richard Manger studied business administration and has held various C-level positions at the German cooperative financial group, DZ BANK AG, in Germany and abroad. From 1998 to 2018, he was Chairman of the General Management of DZ PRIVATBANK in Zurich and a member of the Board of Directors at DZ PRIVATBANK in Luxembourg. He is currently involved in various management, supervisory and advisory board mandates, including at V-Bank AG. Richard Manger has more than 25 years of management and project experience in the financial services industry. In addition to Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg, he has also held various positions in Singapore and Austria, where he was responsible for a wide range of strategy, cost, efficiency and digitalisation projects. 

Klaus Tschütscher

Board Member

Klaus Tschütscher obtained his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of St. Gallen in 1996. After working as a research assistant and holding various positions in the Liechtenstein administration and Governor of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, Klaus Tschütscher joined the government of the Principality of Liechtenstein and was Deputy Head of Government from 2005 to 2009, with responsibility for the Economic and Justice Departments. In the period 2009-2013, he was Head of Government and Minister of Finance of Liechtenstein. He is the recipient of various honours and international awards. Klaus Tschütscher is an honorary delegate and board member of UNICEF Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Since leaving politics, Klaus Tschütscher is, among other things, a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Life Holding AG and, since 2019, President of the University of Liechtenstein. 

Ping Keung Chan (Bryan)

Board Member

Bryan is WeOwn’s exchange advisor and an expert in regulatory and compliance matters. He was the Managing Director for Equities, Fixed Income and Commodities of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEx”), the leader of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect Project and had worked in the Financial Services Bureau of the Hong Kong Government as its Principal Assistant Secretary responsible for the Securities and Derivatives Market. 

Robert Plehn (Boz)

Board Member

Robert (Boz) Plehn has been involved in the international capital markets for over 30 years with extensive securitization, loan syndication & portfolio sale experience across most asset classes. He was the Head of Capital Markets at GE Capital from 2014-2021, the Head of Structured Finance at Lloyds Bank from 2002-2014 & the Head of Global Securitisation at ING Bank from 2000-2003. Prior to his banking career, Robert was an international finance law partner at Sidley & Austin.
